For years you have read about the advantages of green tea. However, the quality of green tea is surprising different. In most cases, a careful look at green tea shows that they are not green - but brown. The best green tea is really bright green tea. Green tea that isn’t bright green is inferior oxidized green tea and will not provide the benefits of real green tea.
In your search for high quality green tea, make sure it is bright green and not bitter. If it isn’t then move on and keep searching for a better brand.

Multivitamins are terrific supplements. Unfortunately, many of the ones on the market are worthless. The reason: They don’t break down in time to be absorbed properly, says Cheryl Hastsough, R.D., a nutritionist from the PGA National Resort and Spa in Palm Beach. If a vitamin doesn’t dissolve quickly, it bypasses the first part of the small intestine, where most nutrients are absorbed.

To see how well a vitamin is absorbed, drop it in a glass of vinegar.  If it doesn’t break down in 30 minutes, try another brand.

I have been so lazy lately. I haven’t stepped inside a  gym in 2 weeks. It’s just been so hot here this summer that I am just wearing out. I guess a little time off is good tho. I think both your gym time and your health is improved if you aren’t stressed out. And I have been looking to buy a house. So all is good I guess.
